Paul is the Broker-Owner of Starfish Real Estate in Vero Beach. Licensed in Maryland since 2001 and Florida since 2007, he is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®, and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors — giving his clients access to markets on both coasts.

Before moving to Florida, Paul founded inSync Group in 1993, building web, search, and ecommerce solutions for companies ranging from Fortune 500s to independent startups. That technology background drives how he runs Starfish today — with data-driven tools, a custom MLS platform, and a hands-on approach most brokerages don't offer.

Away from real estate, Paul is a Washington, D.C.-born singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and recording engineer with nearly five decades of work and close to three dozen albums to his name.
